Role: Backend Developer

Location: Mississauga, Ontario(3 Days Hybrid)

Job Description :

10 years of IT experience. 

Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and related technologies.
• Implement scalable and reliable server-side logic for handling user requests, data processing, and business logic.
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems to ensure smooth operation under high load conditions.

Database Management:

• Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries to support application requirements.
• Implement data migration, backup, and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js and JavaScript development.
• Strong understanding of server-side development concepts, including RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in database design and management, with experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
