• Operate motor graders to perform precise finishing work on construction sites, including roads, highways, parking lots, and other infrastructure projects.
• Utilize motor grader controls to adjust blade height, angle, and pitch to achieve desired grading results.
• Perform fine grading and shaping of surfaces to ensure proper drainage, smoothness, and compaction.
• Interpret and follow construction plans, blueprints, and grade stakes to accurately grade surfaces according to project requirements.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure motor graders are in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate grading activities and meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for oneself and others on the job site.
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, equipment inspections, and production reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
