**_What Quality Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health_**

Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.

Quality Compliance is responsible for the development and deployment of policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize risk, enable compliant business operations, products and services and drive uncompromised supply chain integrity.

**_Responsibilities_**

Engages with customers to facilitate scheduling of required Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) Interviews for onboarding customers intending to purchase controlled substances pursuant to settlement requirements.

Collaborates with Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP) Pharmacist team to identify and schedule customers requiring PIC Discussions pursuant to internal CSMP policies.

Closely monitors and appropriately updates all required CSMP applications to reflect customer review status.

Effectively manages competing priorities and multiple calendars/needs.

Exercises policies and procedures ensuring operation within guidelines.

**_Qualifications_**

BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred

0-2 years of experience preferred

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to multitask

Applies basic concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks

Works on projects of limited scope and complexity

Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems

Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions

**Anticipated hourly range:** $25.80 per hour - $33.12 per hour
