Key Accounts will work within the Commercial Finance team and be a key business partner supporting Key Accounts with responsibilities in P&L management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment providing recommendations to support strategic decision making. They will be externally focused and business partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D & Commercial leadership at all levels.This position is hybrid and will require reporting to the Jackson, MI office approximately 2 days per week. Additionally, onsite training for the first week of employment will be conducted in Jackson, Michigan. Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job: High School Diploma or GED required. A bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of financial experience is required. Commercial business understanding. High attention to detail. Excellent written communication. Ability to provide financial support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment. Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines. Excel experience, comfortable analyzing large data sets, utilizing pivot tables & charts, creating graphs, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.
