Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contractor, 20hrs a week
About The Role: Training Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating external training and continuing education opportunities for our staff. This individual will be responsible for contacting external trainers, creating proposals for CEU trainings, scheduling external trainings, sending reminders, delegating external training emails, and maintaining our training calendar. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will meet with their supervisor weekly to discuss ongoing projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Job responsibilities:
- Contact external trainers and create proposals to provide CEU trainings.
- Schedule all external trainings in our calendar and send reminders for each training session.
- Delegate external training emails and ensure timely communication with trainers and staff.
- Meet with supervisor weekly to discuss ongoing projects and receive feedback.
- Familiarity with the ACE & State of Maryland Application (CEU's Sponsorship) process.
- Create and distribute training quizzes and evaluations for each training session.
- Effectively organize and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Perform other duties as required to support the training needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of mental health practices and regulations (preferred).
