**Responsibilities**

We are searching for a **passionate** and **energetic** Behavior Specialist that enjoys working with children with autism and IDD and has a desire to **contribute** to their lives in positive ways.

We are looking for **passionate** TEAM members who are **committed** to making a difference every day.

You will be **supervised** by our Ph.D. level Clinical Director and will work closely as a **team** with Head Classroom Teachers and Case Managers as you help to develop and write Behavior Support Plans, collect treatment integrity data, and train classroom staff to implement programs and BSPs.

You will review data, modify student programming and work with classroom staff to make adjustments to **ensure** student **success** .

Ideal candidates will have a masters degree in **Applied Behavior Analysis** or related field, BCBA or BCaBA preferred, but not required.
