We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Software Implementation team to help us welcome those new clients through successful data conversions from their legacy software to our modern, feature-rich Vision solution. 

Role Summary: 

This is the job for you if you enjoy helping cross-functional work efforts succeed and be more efficient by aligning schedules and avoiding surprises. The Product Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the activity planning and execution of our Product Management and Technology teams. This role involves a mix of operational, tactical, and analytical duties to ensure our product lifecycle processes run smoothly to ensure successful customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of detailed organizational skills, a knack for analytics, and a passion for driving product delivery processes and customer success.

We are a small organization with big aspirations! We have an established Product Development team, but our fast-growing business is presenting us with wonderfully new and gnarly challenges.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and track Product Management activities to ensure that critical path activities are on schedule and aligned with the schedule of the software engineering team. 

  • Coordinate product roadmap planning sessions and ensure alignment with company objectives. 

  • Manage tools and technologies used by the product team to enhance productivity and collaboration. 

  • Organize and lead product team meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed of updates, decisions, and action items. 

  • Understand the various key internal and external delivery plans to facilitate cross functional communication to align teams to successfully deliver planned outcomes. 

  • Monitor daily activities of individual teams and apply critical thinking to the statuses to identify potential delays or issues, and taking action to facilitate quick resolutions. 

  • Maintain a project coordination dashboard that can be referenced by functional delivery teams

  • Support functional team leaders in pursuing information from other teams to ensure right-first-time delivery 

  • Provide reports and updates to senior management about project status and the achievement of milestones.

It’s okay if you don’t meet each item if you are willing to dig into the challenges and learn fast! 

  • 4 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within a software development or tech-based environment. 

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams. 

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and MS Office. 

  • Knowledge of CAMA software or the real estate appraisal industry is highly desirable. 

  • Experience in software SLDC management, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques. 

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
