Cost Analyst II
Compensation: $35 - $40 hourly
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cost Analyst II to join their team!
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cost analyses for various projects, products, and business activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on cost findings and present them to management.
• Monitor and report on cost variances and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze budget deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the financial planning process with accurate cost projections.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of SAP or similar accounting program with ability to quickly learn and use SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Ability to think on your feet and communicate with customers
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to work with remote individuals using MS Teams and/or Webex.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Specific Oil and Gas experience.
