Job Description
- Devise and implement an overall marketing strategy focused on a consistent and controlled recruitment cycle for the physicians and mid-levels specific to practice needs.
- Conduct initial screening of potential candidates via telephone interviews according to specific staffing needs.
- Determine the candidate’s availability and arrange Zoom interviews between the practice and the candidate.
- Collaborate with the practice to develop and coordinate an itinerary for interviews with the physicians.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
- Three (3) plus years of physician recruitment experience, including conducting Full Life Cycle recruitment, is required.
- One (1) year of experience using applicant tracking database systems experience is required.
- A valid Texas driver's license is required.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The building is immediately off Highway 290 surrounded by various restaurants and shopping centers to enjoy during breaks.
