We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician capable of thriving in our Houston facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Routine maintenance on 90,000sqft fabrication/assembly shop
- Routine maintenance on office facilities
- Coordinating forklift and other machinery service
- Maintain service records for equipment
- Overseeing grounds maintenance
- Completing minor repairs without outside assistance
- Coordinating outside contractors when necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
