Work with a privately owned commercial real estate company in the Houston area. Our client specializes in project leasing, property management, asset management and development services.

As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.

Your New Role:

As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for building maintenance stock and inventory, daily operation of building automated systems and assuring that buildings are city / code compliant. You will be responsible for weekly on-call duties via emergency phone service and contracted monitoring station for both burglar and fire systems.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience with centrifugal chillers/ chill water systems HVAC pneumatic controls
• Previous experience in commercial property management
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Minimal travel between properties in personal vehicle required, mileage and travel costs reimbursed
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
