Interstate Premier Facility Services is Hiring an Administrative Sales Support Specialist Near Horsham, PA

Description

Interstate is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Support Specialist to support our business development efforts and expanding departmental team. The Administrative Sales Support Specialist plays an integral role in the business development process and in shaping and advancing how Interstate responds to project opportunities with both new and existing clients. The Administrative Sales Support Specialist will report to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality proposals and contracts. This person will also be involved with budgeting, pricing models, contracts, content for client responses, and pipeline management.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for writing, experience with service industry businesses, and has the ability to professionally respond to prospect needs. The position supports the various members of our sales team, operations team, marketing team, and management team as we endeavor to increase our revenue through successful collaborations with prospects and customers throughout North America.

Schedule: 8:30AM to 5:00PM : Monday through Friday : Onsite position

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Proposal generation/writing:

  • Support proposal and client response efforts, with a focus on strategy and content and generation
  • Engage with sales team and internal (as well external) management and vendors to produce compelling and customized client-facing messaging focused on winning business
  • Assemble budget and pricing strategy
  • Coordinate status meetings/teleconferences and draft/final reviews

2. Contracts:

  • Perform the full range of contract functions up to the point of signature, including contract administration and contract closeout
  • Develop contracts using standard client contract templates and reading through client-specific contracts
  • Aid in developing and structuring contracts
  • Reviews new contracts to ensure all necessary clauses have been included.

3. Sales support/enablement:

  • Manage and maintain administrative sales support materials, including knowledge management and materials database
  • Establish, document, and implement processes to enable faster and better selling through proposals and prospect-facing marketing materials.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Knowledge Database

4. CRM:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce encouraged
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of proposals, metrics and activity records using Salesforce
  • Implement best practices by leveraging Salesforce tools
  • Input data as necessary.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of Experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation strategy and development skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and math skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, as well as re-focus on action items post completing immediate deliverables and successfully making deadlines
  • Ability to quickly prioritize under pressure
  • Understanding of document production process (review cycles and functions of document processing, editing, graphics design, and final assembly)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe suite.
  • Highly preferred experience with Salesforce, training available.
