• Assist Department General Manager in establishing and meeting department annual targets
• Direct Department staff to meet annual department targets
• Provide direction to department in the following areas: Establish Job Assignments for all staff, Develop training plan, and Provide leadership to all staff
• Understands and follows the ISO 14001 Environmental System
• Understands and follows the ISO 16949 Management System
• Understands and follows the Safety Management System

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

AA Degree or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
