Under the general supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, overseas all activities in the special population camp, schedules and coordinates recreational and athletics activities. Organizes daily staff meetings. Responsible for parent relations and general problem solving between children, counselors and parents.
Must have previous experience coordinating recreation programs for special populations, people of all ages with physical, emotional, developmental and sensory disabilities.
Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or GED plus one year experience in summer camp setting or youth program.
