Technical Services Associate
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for our Technical Services Team .
This person individual will be responsible for job and invoice creation, data entry, scheduling, and supporting our customers.

This position reports to Technical Services Representative . This role is onsite in Davie, Florida.
Essential responsibilities and duties include:

• Provide administrative support to Technical services department
• Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office
• Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
• Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients
• Create client invoices based off of job paperwork

Required qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
• Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Applicants must be able to work 5 days a week onsite in Davie, Florida

Preferred Requirements

• Relevant environmental industry experience preferred
