Job Description:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Spring Health ABA Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional ABA services to our clients in the Hollywood area. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas for intervention.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and client goals.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs and their families.
