- Support the sale of a full array of Tapered Insulation products from the industry's leading manufacturers.
- Work with Beacon’s Engineering Team to maintain the highest level of service in the industry.
- Create Tapered Insulation packages using specialized Tapered Design software, Tapered-Plus.
- Create installation drawings for customers using AutoCAD.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as Beacon’s sales team.
- Partner with branch operations to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Become proficient with sales and productivity tools.
- Continue to develop skills and expand product knowledge and design skills.
- Ability to work with a highly skilled team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Tapered-Plus and AutoCAD a plus.
- Ability to read/interpret Plans and Specification for Commercial Construction a plus.
- Familiarity with construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution a plus.
- Knowledge of low slope roofing a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
- A desire to find creative solutions in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Mechanical/technical interest.
- Drive to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong analytical ability, organization skills, and a high comfort level with technology.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
