The Trish Nash Team is looking for a hard working REALTOR to join our fast-paced team of real estate professionals as a Listing Partner. We seek an interested and motivated Licensed Agent who is ready to jump into the market! We are looking for an individual who is organized, is not afraid to prospect and able to provide the highest level of customer service for our sellers and clients. 

The right candidate must have flexible hours to go on listing appointments, make formal company provided presentations, sell the team, manage Sellers from prospecting to closing, including seeking additional business. The right person will help clients get their home ready to go on the market, negotiate the contract on behalf of their client and represent their interest throughout the home selling process. Support, coaching and mentoring will be provided for the right candidate. Trish Nash has been successful in real estate for over 20 years and you will be working side by side with her being mentored and trained to set you up for ultimate success.

This position is an independent contractor position paid on commission basis.

Must have a Nevada real estate license.

$120,000 or more depending on experience

• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes

• The right person will help clients get their home ready to go on the market, negotiate the contract on behalf of their client and represent their interest throughout the home selling process

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
