Industrial Maintenance Tech Flexible 2nd & 3rd Shifts Hebron, KY

We are seeking a motivated individual to join this team as a Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities within our organization.

Company provides excellent benefits once hired on! This position will be four, 10 hour shifts Mon-Thurs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assist senior maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Provide maintenance function Preventive, Predictive, Project & Reactive
• Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Support in conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Assist in repairing and replacing defective parts on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures while working with tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.

Qualifications :

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, procedure, and equipment manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude as well as strong troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug test including THC
• May be required to have / obtain licenses to operate powered industrial trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or other types of equipment used to facilitate equipment repairs and accessibility (after the temporary period)

Schedule- You will be working 4x 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday. Start times can vary between the following hours :

Second Shift : 12pm-4pm start

Third Shift : 7pm-9pm start

Pay :

$17-27 / hr based on experience
