Job Title: TIG Welder/Fabricator
Job Description
Work hours are 7AM to 4:30PM Monday to Thursday
Pay rate is $21-$25/hr based on experience.
Seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator for a direct hire position, focusing on custom job-shop weld/fab environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fabricating, fitting, and welding stainless steel projects, with at least 5 years of experience. You will be expected to fabricate and TIG weld on stainless steel sheet metal from day one, working off of blueprints without the need for weld symbols. Opportunities exist to participate in on-site installation projects as you gain more experience.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
The workshop is clean and well-organized, fostering a big culture of belonging and enthusiasm for the work. The role involves working on a team that manufactures and sometimes refurbishes conveyor systems primarily for the food and beverage industries, requiring occasional welding in various positions.
