Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions accurately, and assist customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product demonstrations if needed
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations for customers
- Experience in electronics sales is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Capability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
