Personality traits most helpful for this position:

• Quick learner and able to adapt on the fly.
• Decent sense of direction around local areas, proficient with use of GPS systems and ability to follow basic mapping directions.
• Capable of occasionally lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Fundamental understanding of warehouse operations.
• Take basic safety precautions with driving and can properly inspect a vehicle for safety.
• Rudimentary forklift skills and safety.
• Some knowledge of irrigation, plumbing and/or fencing product as well as bi-lingual skill (Spanish) a definite plus, but not necessary.
• Must be willing to multi-task and learn different departments.
• Detail oriented with a technical aptitude.
• PATIENCE.
• Willingness to learn, and learn, and learn.
• Must be a self-motivator within a team environment.
