Business Office Director Duties:
Consistently and accurately maintains accurate records of A/R, A/P, payroll, admissions, bank deposits, census.
Organizes, develops and maintains business office system in accordance with community standards.
Supervises and trains staff performing the Concierge functions.
Performs routine collection efforts of accounts. Tracks resident account process and supervises collection of data to support claim.
Supervises the paperwork process related to employee hires, changes, and terminations (voluntary and involuntary) in terms of submitting appropriate paperwork and personnel files.
Assists with admission of new residents.
Performs other duties consistent with the position as assigned.
Business Office Director Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of five years business office and/or HR experience
Minimum of two years of AP/AR experience
