Job Description
As an Assistant Operations Manager at TC Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will oversee various operational aspects to meet client expectations and company objectives.
Responsibilities

• Team Management
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising operations staff.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team cohesion and high performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Client Relations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for service improvement and address any issues promptly.
• Operational Efficiency
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resource Management
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources and supplies.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and track usage to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Quality Assurance
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure service quality meets or exceeds company standards.
  • Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Health and Safety Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of operational principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
