Job Summary
This person will train in the small motors section first and as he progresses with the knowledge taught, he will move on to the instrument, clock side of the business. This person will move up the ladder as he absorbs more skills of the business. Management possibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Will diagnosis problems with wiper motors, headlight motors, power window motors, and will repair/restore to the customers preference.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have exceptional mechanical ability, great work ethic, high level of initiative, the desire to excel and good work morale. Building RC cars/planes will help.
Benefits
