Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm

BBC Distributing is looking for a team driven leader for a Warehouse Manager opening at our Grand Rapids branch! In this role, we need someone who loves to problem solve, always keep the customer in mind, and is able to adapt to priorities constantly changing throughout the day.

• Manage the warehouse and driving teams. Oversee the day-to-day activities; this includes shipping, receiving, pulling orders, loading trucks, operating hi-lo, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment and inventory control.
• Overseeing that all DOT requirements are being met, policies are adhered to, and training is complete.
• Utilize our computer programs and coordinate with the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure accurate deliveries – being computer savvy is a big plus!
• Responsible for truck runs, inbound deliveries and returns, palletizing, and logistics of deliveries all while keeping customer service top of mind.
• Ensure continual safety in all activities and maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence.
• Assist with supporting other distribution hubs as needed.
