* Interaction with guests making them feel welcome and appreciated.
* Set up the buffet according to standards.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet.
* Clear and clean tables as necessary.
* Empty trash containers when necessary.
* Maintain adequate supplies of food on the buffet.
* Prepare food according to standards.
* Follow correct food handling procedures.
* Plan and prepare food products for the following day according to occupancy forecast.
* It is important that the breakfast set up and placement of all products and equipment is consistent each day.
* Complete daily cleaning and sanitation reports as required by the Franchise.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
* You may be required to work weekends, and/or holidays.
* You may be required to report to work at early morning hours (4:00-5:00AM)
* Must be able to work with challenging clients / employees.
* Must be able to stand 90% of the shift.
