Construction Worker/Supervisor - Waterproofing

Our team is looking for Construction Workers and Construction Supervisor with experience in or the willingness to learn how to construct Water Proofing Systems, Water Features, and Vapor Mitigation Systems. We offer training to all our team members to ensure they are growing with us.

Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions provided by Foremen/Superintendent.
• Lead Construction crew and provide instructions to complete projects.
• Maintain documentation for the safety of Crew
• Maintain documentation for progress reports and task reports to Project Managers.
• Prepare site conditions for waterproofing or roofing.
• Apply Waterproofing systems for below-grade applications.
• Work with team members to get large projects done together.
• Maintaining a safe work environment.
• Carry Materials/Supplies from trucks to Jobsite.

Requirements:

1-year construction Supervisor experience (Preferred).

High school or equivalent Education (Preferred).

Ability to travel to different jobsites.

Valid Driver’s License

Ability and willingness to drive Company truck

Experience on a construction crew.

Pass a drug and background screening.

Must be 18 Years old.

Must be able to be to work consistently.

Must be Reliable and have excellent communication skills.

Able to lift 50 lbs.

Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
