RCP Community is seeking applications for experienced HOA Community Managers. Renaissance is a 20 year old company that is forging new paths in the Community Management industry (HOA). We are looking for motivated, creative people with the highest ethics.

(Ex-Apartment Managers need not apply - This is a completely different industry.)

We have a great work environment and don't overload managers. Providing outstanding experiences for our homeowners is what we do. We need positive experienced managers who want to make a difference.

Duties: Provide community management services

• Provide leadership to HOA boards of directors

• Assist in leading board meetings

• Produce monthly board packets, including financial statements, for boards

• Obtain quotes and bids from vendors

• Prepare budgets for Association income and expenses

• Help manage vendor performance and expectations

• Follow through on action items from boards

• Understand laws affecting HOAs in Arizona

• Provide backup and support to all other team members

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma

• Strong computer skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel

• Three years homeowner’s association experience

• Ability to read and interpret Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Budget vs Actual and other community financials

Desired Experience:

• Experience with HOA Software

• CAI certification

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday (Fridays as needed) – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Some night meetings – HOA Board Meetings
