Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on GRC modules.
2. Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to understand the client's needs and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Utilize your experience in JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages to enhance the functionality and user experience of the ServiceNow platform.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
6. Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules to support business processes.
7. Perform comprehensive testing of developed solutions to ensure their functionality and reliability.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to continuously improve our services and solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on GRC modules.
3. ServiceNow certification is required.
4. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages.
5. Proven experience in API development.
6. Strong knowledge of GRC solutions and their implementation in ServiceNow.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. A strong commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
