STEPS Behavioral Health of Maryland is looking to hire a part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. Do you have experience working with people with autism spectrum disorder? This special education position earns a competitive pay of $75 - $95 hourly or a salary of $67,000 - $90,000 per year. We pay our team for time spent both working with clients directly and performing other administrative duties.
We also offer great benefits and perks, including health, dental, vision, an individual retirement account (IRA), continuing education unit (CEU) opportunities, and paid time off (PTO) as well as extensive support and training.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times. With an individualized approach, you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors.
You work closely with parents, supporting and training them for the benefit of their children. To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly, you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them. You are proud of the work you do and feel accomplished helping your clients improve their lives!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BCBA
This full-time special education position typically works a flexible schedule that is based on the analyst's availability in conjunction with the clients' availability.
