Knox College invites applications for the full-time, 12-month, benefited position of Assistant Director of Admissions Technology. The Assistant Director of Admissions Technology will serve as a co-administrator of Knox College’s Slate CRM instance, which is used in the recruitment and admission of prospective students. In this capacity, this position will also interface with additional campus systems and engage with the respective departments in sharing data between these systems. The Assistant Director will serve as a liaison to third-party vendors and campus-wide constituents to share, analyze, and report on relevant admissions data. Finally, the Assistant Director will maintain data access to, troubleshoot issues with, and provide ongoing training for, faculty, staff, and student employees. This position reports directly to the Director of Admissions Operations and will be a valuable member of the Admissions Operations team within the Office of Admissions.

The Assistant Director will collaborate to identify and satisfy data and reporting needs of the Admissions Office, along with other collaborative offices on campus:
Provides Slate training for new employees and ongoing training and updates for all staff and manages all staff user permissions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a technology-related field
Minimum Experience Required:
At least two years of related experience and/or training in the use of information systems, database tools, and technologies, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with Slate or other college admission CRMs is extremely helpful.
Minimum Licenses/Certifications Required:
