pdblowers, Inc. is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Gainesville, GA
The ideal candidate will be involved with all aspects of AR, Cash Receipts, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and reconciling GL related accounts. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal and analytical skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable (6000 transactions per year)
- Collections
- Bank Reconciliation
- GL analysis and reconciliation
- Credit Analysis
- Cost Accounting Knowledge
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Compile information as requested by our CPA firm or staff accountant
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Involvement in workflow automation implementation
- Project management and implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience with at least five years’ experience in a manufacturing and industrial distribution environment
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluency in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with shared inboxes such as Hiver a plus
- Experience with Epicor 10 or similar integrated ERP system
