**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks within the office environment. **Duties:** - Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages - Maintain organized filing systems for important company documents - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel - Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for executives - Assist in training development for new employees - Support human resources functions such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records - Coordinate events such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities **Requirements:** - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus - Familiarity with basic human resources functions - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Experience in event planning is advantageous This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
