We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Full-Time Lead Caregiver. As a Lead Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our caregiving services. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive caregiving experience, and the ability to train and supervise other caregivers effectively. This person must be able to effectively train and mentor other caregivers in tasks such as transferring, using Hoyer lifts, changing briefs, etc.Job will be partially in office but mostly in the field, checking in on clients, training others, and covering shifts when needed.Along with caregiving experience, the ideal candidate must have:
