Strong candidates will have

- At least 2 years of professional experience working with youth 5th-8th grade
- Completed their BA or BS at an accredited college or university
- CA Credential (in process OK)
- Bible teaching experience
- Ability to create and implement lessons based on California Standards

- Grace and respect for parents and families
- Creative ideas for individualizing student growth tracks
