Element2 Group is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Frisco, TX

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.

2nd shift - 3pm start

3rd shift - 10pm start

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct repairs or replacements of faulty equipment parts
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
- Complete residential painting tasks as needed
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Ensure all maintenance work meets safety standards

Experience:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Welding skills for fabrication and repairs
- Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes
- Electrical expertise to handle wiring and circuitry
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with residents or team members
- Experience with CMMS software for work order management
- Leadership abilities to guide maintenance projects effectively
- Mechanical knowledge to address various equipment issues
