Responsibilities

The Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned program(s). This role will ensure the program is effectively administered, funds are utilized effectively, and program objectives are achieved. Develops and manages processes related to the screening, assessment, education, data collection, and utilization of resources, ensuring compliance with regulations. Leverages analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations for program optimization, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

Education• Bachelor's Degree in Community Health, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field required• Master's Degree in Population Health, Social Work, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field preferred• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate AND an additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s Degree requirement Experience• 3 years of healthcare operations, program management, or relevant experience required• Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare setting preferred
