Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to explain product features and benefits
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
- Provide information on promotions, sales, and discounts
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or retail environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish is beneficial
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for customer inquiries
