Our busy monitoring and operations center is looking for enthusiastic
Technical Support Representatives to join our team in Frederick, MD.This position aims to provide our customers with outstanding service in responding to service requests, contacting with alarms, and performing initial triage of service tasks.
We are looking for team members who can work the following shifts:
- Monday through Friday – 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 12:00 am

- Technical Phone Support with our customers.
- Contact our customers to report incoming alarms.
- Create tasks for customer-reported service requests.
- Troubleshoot, correct, and/or improve BAS settings.

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
