**HEALTH CARE CONCIERGE

NHC Place at Cool Springs**

This position performs as liaison in the initial contact with customers prior to visiting patients. Reviews COVID-19 screening with all visitors and ensures required paperwork in properly completed. Assists in performing rapid COVID-19 tests on visitors when needed.

**RESPONSIBLE TO:** DON

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Pleasant and helpful personality

* Ability to input data in computer systems (training provided)

* Proficiency in standard English.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**

* Have the ability to speak, read, write, hear/comprehend in order to communicate adequately to complete job duties and responsibilities.

* Able to carry out fine motor skills and manual dexterity.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

*Are determined by the center and may include, but are not limited to the following:*

* Greet and assist visitors.

* Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice, using proper English.

* Data input in computer systems

* Maintain documentation according to set policies.

* Understand and follow Company and Center policies and procedures.

* Other duties as assigned from time to time.
