This position is with a fast-growing small property management company with a reputation of providing quality management services.

This maintenance technician is responsible for minor repairs at multiple properties within management company portfolio. Duties to include but not limited to the general repairs which are needed to decks, handrails, trim, siding, lights, lamp posts and other similar light carpentry repairs. Ability to clean gutters and climb ladders as needed. Perform property inspections and report back to office with issues or findings.

Location: Metrowest

Basic tools and transportation needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
