Premium company out of Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, this person will act as the Maintenance Manager and report to the Plant Manager. This Supervisor will lead a team of 4 technicians (2 on 1st and 2 on 2nds). Will be responsible for approving work orders, ordering parts for the maintenance department, maintenance schedules and will be expected to be working hands on, on the production floor with the technicians.

**Must Haves:**

- 12 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience

- 6 Years of Maintenance Leadership Experience

- Controls Systems Experience

- PLC Ladder Logic Knowledge

**Pay:**

(hourly position and will be compensated for OT)

$38.00 - $42.00

**(with OT it will be around 115K-120K)**

**Shift:**

7:30am - 3:30/5:30pm (work 50-55 hours every week)
