Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our commercial printing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and working knowledge in the printing industry with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively to our customers and internal team while operating in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Knowledge in Offset, Digital and Wide Format printing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively between sales team and production team
• Work closely with all departments to ensure projects are produced accurately and on time
• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally via email, phone and occasional in person meetings
• Educate customers about us and our process to develop and maintain relationships
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for services and materials
• Provide accurate estimates in a timely manner for current and prospective customers
• Order Entry
• Proactively anticipate needs; prioritize and multi-task actions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortably make decisions and solve problems
• Facilitate proofing process
• Maintain customer samples
• Prepare and send invoices upon job completion
• General office duties
• Make every customer happy with the results of every job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
