Compass Government Solutions will be supporting the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) program which provides the agility and capacity to improve performance and extend longevity of the “human weapon system" and increasing the operational readiness and effectiveness of the active-duty soldier. We will be hiring full-time Strength and Conditioning Coaches to support the mission at Ft Stewart, GA. These positions are contingent upon award, incumbents are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities of the Strength and Conditioning Coach:
The HPO program improves cognitive performance, strengthens emotional resiliency, and increases physical capacity and durability. Cognitive performance addresses learning speed, recall, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Emotional resiliency addresses stress management, mindfulness, and awareness. Physical capacity and durability focus on the physical demands of tactical athletes, thereby elevating on-the-job performance while reducing injury incident rates and medical profile durations.
