Description
Subaru of Fort Myers is seeking an Automotive Service Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Service department at our Subaru store in Fort Myers. • Be comfortable with and responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the technician, service advisor, parts, warranty and service support staff to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Experienced fixed operations management (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to exceed business goals
• Ability to handle multiple departments in a fast-paced industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Reynolds a plus but not required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
