Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our team. As an Account Executive at OZ Capital, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, explaining our services, and securing funding deals. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering you the opportunity to earn substantial income based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients who may benefit from pre-settlement funding.
• Educate clients on the benefits and process of pre-settlement funding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate terms and close funding deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and operations team to ensure smooth processing of funding applications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitors' services.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, legal services, or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, providing a unique opportunity for high earnings based on your performance. Our Account Executives are currently earning anywhere from $50,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on their sales success.

Location:
This position is based in our office in Pompano Beach, FL.
