Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire construction process from planning to execution.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Regularly check on project progress and report to upper management.
- Work with the Project Manager to troubleshoot any issues.
- 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
- Experience with commercial construction.
- Knowledge of scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary based on experience: $85,000 - $110,000
