Insight Global is Hiring a Claims Examiner Near Folsom, CA
Insight Global is looking for a Claims Examiner for one of their insurance clients in Folsom, CA. This is a fully onsite role, 5 days a week onsite. This person will be responsible for ensuring claims are coded and processed correctly while meeting production requirements. This person will process claims by performing the following duties: adjudicating medical claims, applying coordination of benefits as outlined in plan guidelines, working with providers to gather the necessary documents to make final payment determination on claims, etc.

Location: 5 days a week onsite in Folsom, CA 95630
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in the *employee benefits* industry as a Full Cycle Medical Claims Examiner Processor.
- Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
