Encore Construction and management is looking for a seasoned facilities manager to join our Property and Facilities management team. This is a full-time position with a normal Monday through Friday work scheduled, although some infrequent weekend and on call work will be required. This position will oversee a team of skilled maintenance technician's and will ensure smooth operations of our integrated facility management programs and accounts. Strong managerial, planning and leadership skills are a must. Candidate must be organized, detail orientated and possess excellent customer service skills. Candidate must work well under pressure and possess the ability to efficiently resolve multiple complex issues simultaneously. This position will oversee and be directly responsible for multiple office, industrial and warehouse accounts/programs and several maintenance staff. Candidate will ensure that our team of technicians, supervisors and other team members perform their responsibilities at a high level.

This position will oversee a group of technicians and partners preforming basic repairs, carpentry, mechanical/HVAC maintenance, plumbing (domestic and industrial water systems), electrical (both high voltage and 480V and below), roofing, locksmithing, door repair, fire system service, janitorial, landscaping, pest control, elevator maintenance, sitework and concrete repairs, Haz waste and general regulatory compliance, along with many other general site and building functions. Candidate must possess advanced knowledge and understanding of commercial building operations and aforementioned building trades and services. Osha 30, Hazwopper and other professional certifications are a plus. Ability to pick up and excel at unfamiliar skills also a big plus.

This position will report to the operations manager and company leadership.
